Pakistan Bar Council license for Army Chief Barrister Frogh Naseem was restored
On the other hand, after the approval of the President, the Cabinet Division issued the notification of approval for promotion of Naseem as Minister of Law and Justice.
According to the Cabinet Division notification, the President approved the resignation of the Prime Minister on the advice of the Prime Minister as law minister.
It is to be noted that the number of federal cabinet members has been reduced from 49 to 48 while federal ministers have been reduced from 25 to 24 following the resignation of Fasim Naseem.
\The number of government ministers is 4, advisors 5 and prime ministers are 15.
It may be recalled that Frogh Naseem had resigned from the post of Federal Minister of Law to pursue the case in the Supreme Court of Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
