Severe Heatwave Grips Karachi as Scorching Sun Disrupts Daily Life

Citizens remained drenched in sweat as the حرارة and humidity disrupted daily routines across the city. The الوضع forced many people to limit outdoor activities, while others sought relief by heading toward coastal areas and public parks.
Popular ساحلی مقامات such as Clifton Beach, Hawksbay Beach, Sandspit Beach, and Sea View Beach witnessed large crowds, especially in the evening. Families, بچوں, خواتین، اور نوجوانوں کی بڑی تعداد نے ساحل کا رخ کیا to enjoy relatively cooler sea breezes and escape the extreme heat.
The rising temperatures have also led to a surge in demand for cold beverages across the city. Sales of sugarcane juice, mangoes, bananas, and other fresh fruit juices have increased significantly as people look for ways to stay hydrated.
In response to the heatwave, philanthropists have set up roadside camps to provide cold drinking water to the public. Various NGOs have also initiated water spray activities in different areas to help reduce the impact of the scorching heat.
Medical experts have advised residents to avoid unnecessary outdoor exposure, particularly during peak hours, and to take extra care of children and elderly افراد, who are more vulnerable to heat-related illnesses.
Residents say the extreme weather has made life increasingly difficult, with many describing the heat in Karachi as unbearable.
