Doctors Compete During C-Section Surgeries, Shocking Video Sparks Outrage

According to reports, two medical teams led by Dr. Tayyaba and Dr. Ayesha were present in the operation theatre during separate C-section procedures. A video recorded by staff inside the theatre captured claims that both teams were engaged in a competition to complete the surgeries in the shortest time, with the outcome reportedly to be judged by Dr. Isa.
The individuals filming the video also stated that they were supporting different doctors, further portraying the situation as a contest rather than a medical procedure. The footage, despite strict hospital policies prohibiting mobile phone usage during surgeries, was allegedly recorded by members of the medical team.
Following the video's circulation on social media, the provincial health minister took immediate notice of the incident and demanded a detailed report. Authorities have indicated that strict disciplinary action will be taken against those found responsible.
Secretary Health Azmat Mahmood has also ordered an inquiry and formed a special committee to investigate the matter. Officials emphasized that the use of mobile phones during medical procedures is strictly prohibited and constitutes serious professional misconduct.
