Islamabad- Foreign Office Weekly Briefing

Foreign office spokesman, Aizaz Chaudry, said Pakistan-US relations are moving forward in a positive direction, during the weekly briefing in Pakistani capital Isalambad.  

In a, Chaudhry told reporters that US Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel did not made any threatening statements.

Bilateral relations were discussed during his visit to Pakistan.

The Foreign office spokesman added that the questions related to the Haqqani network should be directed towards the Interior Ministry. 

Chaudhry further said that no one was allowed to meet Mullah Baradar or his family.

He further said that for peace and stability in the region Pakistani Prime minister Nawaz Sharif seeks to have better relations with neighboring countries.
